WHERE CAN I TALK ABOUT THIS ? (BANNED FOR NOTHING)

This is becoming very suspicious.

My friend got banned. And GGG messaged me on this account within 1 minute of action but not responds to his emails for 20 hours.

Why isn't there a motive given for the ban and why no answer ? Cause there is no real answer to be given ?

REDDIT PoE admins removed post about this issue ! This will be deleted also...is GGG deleting everything so that people don't see this ?

What are we suppose to do now ? How can this be heard ? This is a them breaching the terms of use and violating them.

Please give us an answer and stop stalling to find one. He got banned for no reason.

I understand that, u already said, please dont get me wrong, but u respond to me within 1-2-5minutes, here or in my messages, but u cannot respond to 25+ emails in the last 20 hours ?

Be serious....u just dont have a real answer to give to him...thats why he doesnt get any answer for 20 hours, but i get in 1 minute....why are u beeing like this he did nothing wrong ?!?!?!

And btw HE IS BANNED (for nothing), he cannot respond here, only by email.......................

People don't get banned for no reason. In fact, even using trade macros is a risk in it of it self. Read the EULA and TOS, it quite blatantly says just what any other online game says, for all they care they can ban an account just for kicks, and they reserve the right to give no answer whatsoever. You both agreed to those terms when you created the accounts. Ofc i doubt either one of you two actually read them in any capacity.

If using a trade macro is against the ToS....then why isnt everyone banned ?

And why are they saying they can only speak to the owner of the banned account if he contacts them...when he clearly contacted them in the last 20+ hours 20+ times and gets no answer but has the time to delete redit and forum post ?

And if that was the issue, woulnd it be easy to say so ?

And yes i do use a trade macro like every single player, and even every big streamer uses on live stream...that was and will never be an issue.

The only issue is that they banned him for no reason and gives no motive.

They gave him a reason for the ban --> breach of ToS.


Regarding support "replies" then the answer is this -->

GGG support uses a "simple" message queue system to handle it's support tickets. Each time you send a new e-mail, then the tickets place in the support queue is reset to the back of the queue = your ticket will NEVER be handled (in worse case).

So you have to send 1 e-mail and then wait for a reply before sending a new e-mail.
However here is also a big problem because when you have send the first e-mail and is waiting for a reply, do you then know if the e-mail has reached GGG support and have generated a ticket. Sadly not, because GGG doesn't confirm the creation of any support tickets.....

It's been like this since GGG was created and Chris has stated several times that they will not use money on a proper support ticket system.

I am not sending a new email. i am replying to an alrady existing yahoo converstaion.

They responded to the actual bug email, 5 times, and then they stopped.

He got banned 10 hours AFTER they stopped replying.

They did not give a reason in a message. That's just what it says when he logins on the forum.
