I was always wondering if there was an option like that. I honestly don't know why I never tried to look for it but I certainly am glad you did it! Idk if it's just me but you could get it as low as "7". which affect most of my skills already but it's not ideal, maybe 4-5 , also still getting the fps drop on certain skills is not affected but only from the beginning. I have an old computer I normally browse the internet with, and I've been trying to get it to handle PoE (I have another computer I play on).
