The easy way I've found to install it: Windows key, search for cmd.exe, right click on it, run as Administrator. In the command prompt I go to the folder where the installation file is, and I run it (type the name of the file, then Enter key). The installer ran without any issue. I'm not sure if it have been already mentioned there, but I've found a solution. When the error window appears, press Ctrl+Shift+Esc and end task of the instalation process in the task manager.
