Because you haven't checked all the setting in PoB (like damage increase when shock) and Ele focus just make you can't proc the passive of Inpulsa (which is main way to clear map)

Because itll be my main hand for bosses and moving out of certain insta death moments could be useful with higher atk speed i imagine.

For the warlords ring does it have to be lvl 8 warlords or is lvl 12 okay?

Lvl 8 is fine. they give the same amount of leech. only difference is like a few higher % chance to get endurance charges.

So far leaning towards spell dmg + crit multi + atk speed.

I don't really get it. So what's the final build gemwised? There is a difference from what he is showing in the first page and what he is having in his profile. For example the 5-6 link for blade vortex. Or the golem he is using. Is it stone or lightning? Ofc some are just preferences but I just wanna know what's his final idea?
