I am quitting this game because of kitava

I do believe there should be some alternative for league players who don't want to run story again.

But quitting just because you got killed by Kitava? Good riddance to you then.

I used Tabula Rasa and all leveling gear until I beat Kitava. Died a fair share, but that's because I had negative resists and almost zero armour/evasion. And I still made it without too much fuss.

Kitava is the definition of HC unfriendly design. Yes, some fools play this mode.
On a side note, I don't have any illusions that this fight was designed with HC in mind.

I personally completely stopped playing builds without very good performance in early-to mid game. Don't give a fuck if they will suck later, the most important is to hit the maps. It doesn't matter how potentially powerful is yor build at the end, if it can't break through the cockblock deathless.

Kitava is a build limiting shitshow of AoE clusterfuck and overtuned damage.
Maps gated behind it just adds insult to the injury.

But obviously the experts in the office are fine with it, as there isn't even a slightest sign of eventual reworks.
