Loving this build. But if you don't mind, could you help me with the mobility with this build? I've tried both whirling blades and shield charge and they seem so slow.

Since we do not have increased attack speed on weapons, we can only rely on gems and aura. 20/20 faster attacks provide 54% increased attack speed, 20% whirling provides 10%. Dualwielding weapons will provide 10% more attack speed and 20 haste will provide 16%. Our tree has 21% attack speed. That works out to be around 101% inc attack speed and 10% more attack speed. That is a respectable number. If you want more, you can take the precision node for an additional 6% attack and cast speed. You probably wont feel good whirling around until you have a 20/20 faster attacks and whirling. Shieldcharge is not recommended as you have 0ms on boots, along with movement penalty from gear.

I need some help. Just hit 69. equipped the gloves. i can not get blight to proc the dark pact. not sure why. any suggestions?

Because it's unnecessary! The stats only need to be present within the radius, not allocated.

Edit: I see you have taken 3 +10 int nodes on tree! Please regret them hahaha
