Sao Paulo Server latency

Thanks for the extra MTRs - the results look hopeful. I'm currently validating and testing the new location to be sure of its stability.
Most of the servers are still the same, so the same problem would be expected. I'm still testing the different location.
Thanks for the info. It looks like the new location is promising with less problems overall.

I wont be able to get the entire gateway changed over before Incursion this week, but I will make it so that instances are only created on the old servers if the new ones are completely full (currently the split is 50/50).

Since the amount of players online this close to new content is low, new instances before release should be created on the servers in the new hosting location. Let me know how things perform this week.

Are you still experiencing high latency when connecting to the realm?
It's because it is showing the ping to the login server, which is on the hardware in the old location. Your instance is created in the new location, which has a different latency.
The remaining servers are due on Monday - not much I can do right now.

GGG.... remove now bad servers please!!! One map with 5ms and another with 1500ms?????????? WTF!!!!! Already lost 3 incursions...

Hopefully the servers we're getting rid of are the ones that give you bad latency. From testing/feedback, the new host is better for 90% of players.
Hi,

I'm aware of this issue and I am working on it.

Additional hardware is taking longer to arrive than anticipated, and the new hardware is not performing as well as expected. I'm currently tuning things so the load is not so heavy on the new location. This'll put more instances on the old location, but there is not much I can do about that at the moment.

I'm sorry about the poor experience players have been having. This would also have affected players not affected by the existing routing/network problems, which is unfortunate.
I'm being completely transparent here. You will know when I know.
No, I would expect a few days at the very most - potentially tomorrow or the next day to replace all of the hardware.
