The problem starts exactly there, this time:
| ae5.cs1.dca2.us.eth.zayo.com - 50 | 10 | 5 | 0 | 149 | 153 | 148 |

Been using traces for the last week, when it got annoying enough.
Each and every time the problem began within the U.S.o.A. portion of the "Zayo" network.
(At this point faults before that point of tracing at "Zayo" are excluded.)
(When run via Telia, no issues). No similar issues for months before that.)

At this point, gaming with a latency of 130+, after enjoying a latency of 15 to 30 for a long time, is just stale.
Getting to the point of being annoyed enough to post, next step, if nothing changes within the next week(s), will probably to stop gaming Path of Exile.

At a latency of 150 actions at the Hideout, sorting through the Stash or Guildstash are already chewing gum sticky.
Not to mention actual gaming.

Having enjoyed gaming Path of exile for a long time it will be missed, maybe even more than a bit.
It will leave behind fond memories.
It just doesn't work at a latency of 130+ anymore.

Awaiting any response by any GGG official relating to this topic, hopefully even at this thread.

I, too, am getting a detour through the U.S. for a connection that should lie entirely within Germany, resulting in pings of 130-150ms instead of 30-40ms: traceroute to fra.login.pathofexile.com. Again, looks like Zayo is the problem.

Edit: Results for Amsterdam, Paris, and Milan look the same. London appears to skip the detour for me.

Could not see Frankfurt and Paris today. I'm in the west part of France.
I ran WinMTR for 10mn on London in my HO doing nothing.
Highest Loss % ( 4% ) : po112.net1.north.dc5.as20860.net
Highest Ping : 87.117.211.30

That was a really bad day for me, a lot of lag spikes. But sometimes, on some instances, I have no issue and the next one it's hell ! And it's pretty hard to reset an instance to get a good one, trashing a map and all those good leaguestones is not a good idea, so you put the cross on your shoulder and you walk...
So i reached out to Zayo support again and explained/showed them this thread and the several reports of bad routing people are experiencing. But zayo still claims of not having any issues.

I think it's time for GGG to finally step in and maybe take a different host for its servers into consideration.

Should be monday morning by now at GGG-HQ.
srsly its unplayable wtf spikes from 150 to 1k ms on all eu serv cant do nothing
Just posting again after last week. This issue sometimes dissapears for a day or two but you can always expect it to come back worse than before. I'm not playing till this is fixed, I bet loads of hardcore characters have died thanks to this.

Made some monitoring again. All was fine for 30 minutes with my Tornado Shot on Dried Lake so I switched to my Cycloner to do some Vault.
First minute in map, around 20% packet loss when reaching Zayo. Disconnected twice, I managed to finish the map with an average of 10% packet loss, and all the loss start when packets reach Zayo infrastructure.

So yeah, must be my ISP... /s
up GGG wake up ><

Same as other players, I ve perfect fiber connection (France - Paris) but, for some reasons, PoE became unplayable for 4 or 5 days now.

It is beyond annoying.
