The problem start each time with that level3.net
Level3.net is some kind of provider to GGG, have a look in the following topic where it used

All I can say is that the problem coming from GGG, GGG using level3.net and I'm so happy to finally prove that the problem is not from the users but from the servers itself ( like seriously, every EU player have ISP problem, ffs ).




Lets get ignored again by GGG and let the helpers answer.

same issue here ( Im located in germany ),

for some strange reason like the others 2 servers seem to be lower ping.

i tried a couple other online games, and different ping test services online and I always get decent result ranging from 12ms to 28ms at most same with the other games I tested.

my winmtr basicly looks the same as other posted here. so no reason to add onto it.

NICE, I'm not the only one. I also get a huge increase in ping on one of the zayo.com servers. I'm also gonna send an e-mail to support about it because I feel like these threads are not always read anymore.

I didn't run all the tests, but I notice a strange jump in ping from ~30ms to 150+ms that is instance related. But both instances are shown as "Frankfurt (EU) Realm"

At the moment for example in my hideout I have 167ms, 30ms in the map I opened.
The ping changes every time I went in & out.

Same situation in dried lake and a vaal area within dried lake.
Thus "Frankfurt" does not seem to be = "Frankfurt"

PLZ fix this asap, as 150+ms ping and lockstep really sux.

And i thought its my ISP messing up again. Ping 30ms in hideout, in maps it goes up to 150ms+

btw I'm playing from Israel and my regular ms is 60-90 so anything above 120ms is unplayable

I got the same problems over here, started narrowing it down like you guys (netstat etc) and noticed a pattern that it's only related to certain instances. For instance yesterday evening when playing through the Amsterdam gateway, I had no problems whatsoever in the dried lake area. The instant I went to my hideout the ingame latency graph went to about 150ms. When returning to dried lake it instantly changed back to an acceptable 30ms.

In this case it wasn't much of a problem since I don't need low latency to do inventory management in town/hideout. However it gets a bit frustrating after a while. Still when I get connected to a high latency instance when running a high map, it has resulted in a few softcore deaths and loads of rubberbanding issue's.

I tried all the different EU gateways and all seem to have this problem with certain instances.

...also I just remembered a friend of mine living in the same city did not experience any problems yesterday evening. Also I tried most of the things in my knowledge to make sure the problems weren't based in my local network.

Same Problems here. Getting 150 ms.
