As a total noob I have no clue how to follow your build tbh.
I don't know how to start spending points as a Witch, what weapons to use and what "convert" means (and when to convert) etc.
Is there any way / other guide to make this clear?

Just dive in, and peddle around. Best way to learn.

Convert means changing your life pool... from life to energy shield.
That's something you have to plan for.

Your goal = level up to 56.(the level required to equip 2x obliteration wand)

Take some skill points at shadow; phys / chaos dmg.
take some skill point at scion; increased duration.

and pickup all the life nodes you walk passed.

Fine tuning comes later.

Get your hands on a unique item called:"tabula rasha"
That will provide freedom with your gems setup.

You might want to levelup to 56 with:
Bladevortex - poison - controlled destruction - spell echo - inc duration.
bladefall - spell totem - poison - concentrated effect.

and as aura:
Blasphemy - warlords mark.

I was wondering if we can transition to Low Life after or is CI better for this build? Does Pain Attunement affect our damage for the chaos explosions?

Could you post a video of high level map to see the nerf of Decay ?

Ive picked up this build for the breach league and its been a blast so far!

I just picked a essence of delirium from a lucky essence corruption, and im wondering about what sort of wand base to use it on. 42% spelldamage from a opal vs 12% castspeed from the profane. However with all the increased duration we pick up from the tree, and in case i get a 6 link, increased duration there, im having a hard time justifying the castspeed over spellpower, as we can wind up 20 stacks of BV before a boss fight.
Can i hear your thoughts on this?

If you have the currency to try use a shav's, go for it. I needed the ES from a vaal regalia.
Evasion from a carnal can be nice too.

Does not feel very different. the nerfed decay is still awesome. Socketed gems still work on it, 750 instead of 1.000 feels trivial.
Might make some new video with breach soon.

Spelldamage does not double dip on the poison.
After dropping spell echo from the vortex setup, I liked
12 cast speed more. Quality of life. Small differences though.

explosions:
since you're CI, you cant use carcass or templar AoE nodes without gimping yourself.
You need AoE from an expensive source: Dying Sun.

Using double Obliteration atm.

At what map tier would it be beneficial to swap one wand for a Delirium wand?
