something odd, i died then was sent to forest encampment then i got kicked out to login and cant log back on.

Yeah I guess that zone is broken, that's 3 of us who got kicked out of the game while entering Forest Encampment Zone.

it has something to do with changing zones. it seems we were all going from one place to another when it happened

Same here, servers must be down.

Same happened a moment ago for me......went to use waypoint from mudflats back to encampment and dropped on route. Can't log back in.
