We actually have one of these. Unfortunately the error it sent out at 2am this morning normally doesn't mean anything very bad, and at a glance there were still people on the realm and nothing looked obviously wrong so our guy assumed it was a false alarm and went back to sleep. We now know to pay more attention to this type of error in future.
