Have you used their automatic refund system or did you manually open a support ticket? I imagine the latter would work much better because the former system is probably fully automated.

I think it's pushing things a bit too far, no one should ever get a refund after playing a game over 100 hours.

I have to agree.

When diablo 3 first was released, i played the shit out of it for the first week and a half before my account got hacked and lost everything. I took it back and got my refund.

Lack of security is a very valid reason for a refund imo. Some other reasons might be; terrible servers, abusive customer support, and discovering the game was spying on my out of game activities.
