If, hypothetically, a game is missing plenty of features it was heavily implied or outright stated to contain by it's developers and/or publishers during it's marketing campaign, it don't really matter how many hours you've clocked playing it; in several countries it's still dangerously close to marketing fraud.

Depending on the actuality of the situation, there may be some very legal reasons to allow these refunds.

Very interesting video. I hope some kind lawsuit requiring them to honor refunds does happen and hopefully that would cause devs in general to be more honest or informative in their claims.

That's crazy. I might buy it again in the future but for now I'm glad I was finally able to get a refund.

I'm glad that the devs are still updating No Mans Sky and that they didn't give up on it! I'm going to try out the new update today ^_^

Well the patch notes certainly read quite nicely.
I'm pretty interested to have another look.

Haven't had any hopes for it after dropping it 10 hours into release, but it looks like it's becoming the game it advertised to be two years ago. Gonna try the update, thanks for the info!
