If I use double strike, and am an assassin, will my ascendancy crit bonuses for hit on full life monsters apply on both hits?

Cyclone, does the 50% less dmg apply to every monster or just the first one hit?

Hey, i've got an issue with the "curse cast speed" in the whispers of doom notable wheel, it's not giving me any discernible increase of cast speed with my curse. when i apply it my cast speed modifier doesn't change and the cast time on the tooltip doesn't change. could you help me find out whats going on?

Hello, I was wondering if there's a technical reason why using the combination of Eye of Innocence and The Rat Cage doesn't proc Vaal Molten Shell when you ignite. The wording suggests that it would, considering VMS procs whenever it prevents physical damage and The Rat Cage converts fire damage you take to physical. Thank you for the help.

How much stats does minions get for each type of charge? Quite sure they were getting much higher benefits than players.

does "increased Minion damage" double dip on poison/ignite/bleed if I apply poison myself with an attack skill while using The Scourge ?

ilvl will be the same as your char's level and it will be capped at ilvl 80 which means if you are above lvl 80, the item will be ilvl 80.
