I grab and turn off Spell Shrines as fast as I can in order to minimize my exposure to their screen vomit spam (what a lovely rhyme!). It is rare for the buffs to remain active for over 2 seconds before I have turned them off. Chris might call the behavior "compulsory".
I mute in-game music upon entering Highgate. Hearing the vocals in the first minute of the track pisses me off. Turning the music off has become compulsory. I turn off ambient sound volume upon entering Lioneye's Watch. There is this clicking sound in the ambient track that I am pretty sure is mouse clicking. It is annoying and trollish. The behavior is almost compulsory. TY to those who called me out on my BS on these forums. There is no benefit to being so selfish as to fail to acknowledge others' differing beliefs of what "should be" or believe your own opinions so supreme as to be factual and thus dismiss others' opinions as being somehow a lie or delusional.
