- Remove 6l .... make 4l max for armor and weapons
- Remove mov speed from game (max 0)
- Nerf everything 70%
- Buff all bosses dmg and hp 500%
- XP penalty of dead 100%
- Remove act1, act2 and act3
- Remove act4, leave only final boss
- Remove all maps, leave only core lvl 82


Who makes lvl 2 wins the game!

Whirling Blade now has a fixed 1 second cast delay before the skill could take effect, similar to shield charge, this delay cannot be reduced in anyway.

Fortify instantly expires if a non-melee skill is used.

Fortify applied by Fortitude ascendancy now disable it's effect for 5 second after a non-melee ability is used.

Chaos damage cannot leech.

Just a few idea for the starters...
The real hardcore PoE players and the elites sit in town and zoning in and out of their hideouts trading items. Noobs that don't know how to play PoE correctly, kill monsters for items. It's pure fact, it will never change.

Welcome to PoE.
1: All movement skills have a cooldown attached to them, forcing them to be used when you need to avoid stuff. Not used to travel.

2: An aura for physical damage. Maybe called Might. Tired of buffing phys damage by using hatred/HoA all the time. It's not like your using the elemental damage in uniques ways in your build, just getting more numbers in there.

3: GGG to change theses silly ancestral totem skills to be ancestral buffs instead.

1. Rogue Exiles with x20 their current life and puff their skills a bit

I'd say (non-melee & non-red gem) selfcast is used, but the idea is pretty sweet.
