[DISCONTINUED] GROUNDSLAMMER BUILD

Hello im new and i like your Groundslammer build (i was using the Original Outdated Guide but i stopped playing and i just came back, sadly i forgot almost all of PoE), i wonder, because i dont see more recommended skill gem sets?
I can not see the links nor most of the nodes on your passive tree for this build. Looking into respecing an old toon and was very interested. Any help would be much appreciated.
Hey, i am following your build and i have no problems at all, barely need to use heal potions atm although i am worried about one thing:

In Act 2 i had a quest to deal with Oak, so i killed him.
Now that i've read about it in your build, i should have helped him.

WIll this effect the build in some way..?
Is it possible to re-do it if it is that important?

Thank you.
Hello)
Im new here and im followin your build but I have one question: can i use Sunder except Ground Slam?
Hi guys,

I'm new to PoE. I have played D2 - LoD A LOT (main class Frenzy / WW Barb + Sorc). Also I was playing different MMOs and DIII (Barb + DH).

Since I have played a couple of hours, I like the game very much.

I'm thinking about which Class/Build I will start to begin with in Prophecy.

To learn I think it is better to choose a tanky class (and I like tanky classes).

Which one would you suggest me:

(2.2) [Newbie Friendly] GROUNDSLAMMER BUILD (Updated Daily)

Or this build:

This build here [2.2 Video Guide] Beginners Tanky Infernal Blow Marauder Build [HC/SC Viable]
https://www.pathofexile.com/forum/view-thread/1540118/page/15/#p13308997

As said I like tanky classes when it comes to melee. I like fluid gameplay, direct attacks (no towers or stuff like that), and it would be nice if the Char is End-Game and PvP viable.

Thx :)
Build updated

Time to answer some questions!

@Davst
-I went over the skills that you need to use for this build. The build is solely made for the skill Groundslam. I also covered why my items are and what yours should look like. So try to match my items as closely as possible.

@ZoZo20
-Just added, more info to come! Sorry for the delay!

@MgDark
-Right now the only skill set you should try to match is the Groundslam and Leapslam. They are very straight forward, (damage, elemental damage, life leech, faster attack.) Both skills use similar set ups and are easy to replicate. Also the reason why you do not see more is because this build revolves around one skill. No more are needed unless you are trying to go to level 80+ ect.

@UndeadDraco
-The links for the build should be working, if not i'll try to find alternate links for them.

@RDnyan
-Don't be worried, it makes a slight difference, but nothing too bad. If you want to start over that's fine. Just takes more time. I wouldn't worry though, you can always make up for it later down the road.

@karradrasss
-This build isn't entirely meant for that skill, but you can try it if you have 2 characters. This build is mainly focused around Groundslam.

If there are any other questions, i'll be happy to answer!

Just one quick question: I'm considering (for the heck of it and because I love experimenting) replacing Ground Slam with Earthquake (eq/less dur/melee phys/fire dam/weap elemental). I realize I'm breaking with your build's intention (but experimenting is fun!). I was just wondering if there is something on the passive tree that would sabotage this "variant". As far as I can tell, everything intended for Ground Slam should work just as well for Earthquake, or?

overall there shouldn't be as I made a groundslammer using multistrike and massive attack speed and eventually respecced it to EQ and it did fine

The damage could have been higher if it were specialised to EQ, but it worked none the less so realistically this would work with EQ just it may not necessarily be as good as it could be on it

Hi, I was following this build but I stopped playing for a while. Now that I came back the build has changed quite a bit.

I have two questions about the changes which are not addressed on the main post:

1) The skill three now has 4 points that boost the Fortify buff. How should I use this skill? The gem is attached to Leap Slam which is a tertiary skill to this build. So should I use this skill more often?

2) There are two gem sockets but no tips on which gems to use on these sockets.

Anyways, thanks for taking the time to update the build and to answer our questions.

Any help is always appreciated.

@EdgarMolas

1. The fortify can be attached to Leap slam or Groundslam. The point of it being attached to leap slam is so that if you get crowded or close to dying, you can safely get away. If you link it to Groundslam, you take away a decent amount of damage, but almost always have the buff. I have it linked to Leap slam as I like having the increased DPS.

2. Which sockets? Could you explain further?
