What's better when using elemental equilibrium...fire pen or increased burning damage?

What the downside if i leave up Wrath beyond level 1 you've mentioned ??

The downside is that you reserve more life.

Personally, I prefer having a Conductive Quiver or any quiver that has cold/lightning damage affixes.

I'm still stuck on four links, but when I eventually get my 5 links I'll probably put fire penetration in there first. From what I have noticed while playing, really the only enemies that don't melt instantly to a full stack of arrows are highly resistant enemies, and there are a few enemy mod combinations that are so tough I'd be better off using a 2h mace to kill (elemental resist aura, curse-immune, health regenerates, on an enemy type that is naturally fire resistant).

Between ee/ flam/fire pen/ele weakness almost anything dies in 1-2 arrows including bosses

Also amazed so many people hating on the lmp/gmp stacking
I run max talented fire % and
Ea - ignite / lmp / conc / fire pen / faster attacks

I've recoloured my quill like 40 times and honestly when ur gems are high and you've got good fire % nothin compares to this damage
In pugs without anger no1 will outdamage / out kill u

I've the some mod that add lighting damage on use + with wrath..

Actually i've got Quill Rain 5L but i wanted to make it to 6L but end up like this (lack of fusing):(
i'm trying to add more damage for this build and i've seen your reply need to add
%increase fire damge,
%increase projectile speed
and what else ?
