Prolif nerf thoughts

I'm using 6L(5L Pledge) Arc+lightpen+prolif+curseonhit+eleweakness and still shocking 95% of the monsters on a 78 map, a bit too easy i would say..?

Damage over Time is still Damage you know :P

Main point in my view is that Proliferation will not reduce my damage output on primary target, in my case also AOE of Static Strike. I still will be able to spread burn around, altough, in much smaller radius and lower burn damage. This is the only way to avoid that huge damage reducing mode I can see for now.

Anyone got direct CB experience with HoA and Proliferation?
