No. Can't see the point in dumping 200+ exalts into a single item when GGG favors dynamic meta so much in their balancing.

Id never want to mirror anything with more than 3 sockets, and to be honest I feel very little attachment to something mirrored, theyre hollow items that lack the majority of the excitement of a good item. Self found strong rares > self crafted strong rares > traded for strong rares > uniques > mirrored items theyre like bottom of the pool of who gives a fuck, I see people with full unique/mirrored rare gear and my excitement looking at their setup is virtually non existent. I love all you people on the forums, we can disagree but still be friends and respect each other :)

the only thing I'd consider getting is Loath Bane, but as it is, I've never seen a mirror drop, nor an item worthy of being mirrored

had one of ventors daggers and jin's crit staff but i sold them
now im rocking and these which are pretty much mirror worthy mirrored items are pretty damn sweet, the only downside is that you cant change colors on 6l weapons, but as long as you chose a color setup thats perfect for what the item was designed for, not some odd colors, then youre safe. I have some mirrored items (and a mirror service on one). I like that they exist as an ultimate goal to aspire to in the game's economy.
What I would never do though is mirror chests or those +3 elemental staves. Belt, ring, even a non-ele 2H weapon are fine, since you can still socket a chest, but a mirrored chest? I expect a lot more out of any gear I buy than just working for one build. |
