Do you have a mirrored item?
this along with legacy stinks. They should delete or reformat legacies to the new versions. The fact that an item has to modified usually means, the developers find the item isnt balanced, why leave it in game? If the devs dont have the balls to reset standard or get rid of those items, maybe we can have a league with no legacies/mirrors. Get a poll on this going, i'm too lazy, but i've stopped playin POE cuz of this. I do own several of them, but the disparity between legacy/mirror users for new users or players new to POE is just too huge. Whats worse, the prices continually go up to a ridiculous lvl where i'd dare say, u are forced to RMT as a new user to ever dream of using any of these gear; which in the first place i feel shouldnt even be there lol. This is not really a QQ-thread, i dont play POE anymore, i'm just giving my 2 cents whilst the game i'm playing is having server maintenance. GL :P
(PS. imo nothing will ever be done, till they lose enough player population or revenue per month drops, then their eyes will OPEN wide! and maybe then they will look into issues. ) Vegetarian - Ancient tribal slang for the village idiot who cant hunt, fish or ride. I got some mirrored items, but I rather make my own mirror worthy gear like this one.

" Fact of the matter is its literally a cakewalk to make money in standard where all the mirrored gears are, only a privileged idiotic ape would RMT to get good items, you just have to stop day-dreaming, learn the game and get rich.. and when you got the exalts, you will learn not to be extremely jelly of what others have that you don't but instead you would want to strive for awesome legacy crafted items too:

Or if you're incompetent enough to do any of those, you can just quit again, ez =] "Get rich or die grinding"

i could work to get a mirrored item... but then i get bored an play another game....
I ask my self is this unnecessarily over powered item really worth spending hours dicking around in trade chats or grinding my nuts into a fine powder over? but then...i go play 3 hours of the token fps of my choice and completely forget what i was doing. darn you less grindy more interesting games and your fun mechanics that dont make you feel like a vampire sucking the life out of noobs who dont know better " fundamentally it is, you just have to have no soul. once that pesky rigth and wrong is out of the way , the process is rather binary. buy low sell high. the more you have the more you make. it escalates. start with 50 fusing? sell 40 for exa, sell the exa for 42, you jsut made 2 fusing by doing nothing. now say you have 5000 fusing, boom 200 fusing in profit. now once you are in the area of mirror items , you can probably make 10+ exa a day just by trading up your shit. the only things this tactic requires is an utter lack of scruples and a shitload of time on your hands. but even people with day jobs can easily pull this off if they are truly interested , you will be bored, you will lose alot of respect for the game and you will waste your evenings doing something that is functionally identical to work. but you will make alot of money . from experience I would say the hardest thing about it is starting out and overcoming said scruples, but once you get your feet wet... " Well, that's not true. You have to trade. Seems pretty boring to me. | |
I don't need one. I personally don't have any desire to get the best possible gear.

I've never owned one. Even if a mirror were to drop for me, I'd still need to farm quite awhile to afford a mirror fee. I don't really see a need for a mirrored item anyways. To me, having a toon with BIS mirrored items is an such a large an outrageous goal comparable to reaching level 100, neither of which I will reach anytime soon if at all. It is something for the hardest of hardcore players to achieve, but not everyone has the same goals. Personally, I try to set goals that are much more easily attained, I would simply get burnt out by very large and faraway goals. My typical goals are things like farming enough currency to trade for a few exalts to upgrade my gear slightly or get a 5L.
