Which means... 2 out of 4 have been found. One of the 2 left is a Diamond Unique and that's the Map. Now, in my opinion there's just a Dex Helm left. Which brings me back to the question that you didn't answer - why do you say it's the bear head?

Haha, I missed the flavor text. It's definitely the Bear head then.. lol.
