Only the Dex bear helmet to go, Why are all these items so low level?

Nycta's Lantern is also up on the wiki with Min/Max stats.

Any idea if this is Shuvit82's or Skivverus' diamond unique? It's obviously not GGG's. I think Skivv has the map, so it must be Shuvit's.

Added four new Unique items, three of which were designed by our Diamond supporters. One of the Diamond Uniques is an end-game Map.

Which means... 2 out of 4 have been found. One of the 2 left is a Diamond Unique and that's the Map. Now, in my opinion there's just a Dex Helm left. Which brings me back to the question that you didn't answer - why do you say it's the bear head?
