I also get no unlock Code today. Checked my Spam but its empty i have a web.de Account :(
Just e-mailed to GGG Support hope they can help |

WEB.DE and GMX.DE are from the same company (United Internet 1&1, i think)

So I think its a GMX Problem.

Had the same problem, was solved really fast - just wanted to say thanks.
In case anyone can't find the manually unlock you get, mine ended up in Spam folder, check those too :) | |

Same problem here, sent an email to support, got an answer with unlock code like 3 min later. Great job @GGG-Support!

Same here, using 1&1 (Germany) as email provider.
Contacted support of Grinding Gear Games - they were super fast in responding. They "manually" sent me an unlock code, everything works now. Thanks @GGG ! |
