No unlock code

aol.com also gets no email from the game...

Me too... sort of...

Tried to log in about 40 minutes ago and didn't recieve a code.
Now, just after writing support, the old mail arrived with a 40 min delay. (time stamp when I tried to log in earlier)

gmx.de btw, checked spam n everything, even deactivated all classification rules and resend mail. Nothing.

still the same problem a day after that!
Still no unlock codes sent to me!
The Support didnt reply today. Yesterday it was about 3 hours later.
(Maybe unlucky me...)

I think there is some bigger shit going on if it also affects AOL nut just German providers.

I also WHITELISTED the unlock code adress but i still dont get the mail, that means:

A) our providers doing some shit without our acknowledge (i mean sure they scan all aur mails and save the content but still...)

B) GGG got some big shit at their own and we can try what we wont, we and providers cant affect it at all.

Around 30 Minutes later now i got the code from the system. So before a GGG employe replied.
There is some wierd shit going on-.-

Seems like a lot of GMX users have the same problem with the not received unlock code mails... Same here with my gmx.net eMail account.

Does anybody know a (possible) reason for that?

In the meantime I will write a mail to the support to get the code.

EDIT: I´ve received a mail from the support, seems like gmx.de/web.de blacklist all mails from GGG short time ago. I´ll try to whitelist the mails in my spamfolder configuration, maybe it helps.

From which eMail adress do the unlock codes come? I´ve deleted the old ones.

Finally got mine. Roughly 1,5h later.
