1. reason: Q20 Added Cold damage -> chance to freeze.
which leads to more freeze more shatter -> more power charges 2. reason: i have 9 cold dmg notes in skilltree (ele dmg notes not counted) so added cold dmg scales better then any other "addedXXX" gem | |

It's just not up to date, its lvl 20 Vaal haste and lvl 20 Arctic armor.
I'll fix that right away. Uber viable? i don't know. people who do have Atziri Experience(not me), will manage it with this build(maybe). but i rly don't know. | |
