Great another damage nerf for cyclone in pvp.

I never felt it was doing too much damage - if any it seems to be pretty weak instead with a legacy BoR and a 345 pdps 1h sword and a lot of passive damage nodes (~12k, 2.7 aps).

But at least some more ranged p*ssy skills get buffed for pvp.


Why all the hate towards melee characters @GGG - wasn't nerving block and forcing us to use legacies enough?

Flask change is nice, though why not remove the Surgeon's Mod on them as well just to satisfy the whiners and moaners? :p Although to be perfectly serious if the Surgeon's mod was removed I'd have no issue with it.

Can we have some STAFF microtransactions for a change????? I want to give you my money but...
