" Setting aside the conspiracy theory-ish claims for a moment, the Master Crafting nerf is exactly the sort of stuff the OP was talking about when he said the devs place way too much emphasis on the economy. Yeah sure, believe all you want that this is just a big circlejerk whine thread by people who are totally jealous of your gigantic epeen, but there is a real issue here behind that gigantic red herring. GGG introduced a system that allows players to mostly bypass the economy. What happened? People bypassed the economy! Red alert! We can't have players having fun now! It goes against economic theory that states not everyone can be winners! GGG do make anti-fun decisions solely for the purpose of their so-called "economy" (read: frustration simulator). " I realize you're some kind of islamic communist (nothing wrong with that) but in my opinion your boss does deserve to earn way more money than you because he has all the risk of running his business :) As an employee the only risk you have is not getting hit by a car on your way to work. It also isn't about working hard, but about working smart. GGG banning all political discussion shortly after getting acquired by China is a weird coincidence.

Unless he plays pvp then I could slightly understand the disparity, but strangers across the globe with godly gear, not in your party, not in your instance, not your pvp enemy literally has zero affect on him, at all. |

Is near to impossible to sell nothing, is near to impossible to buy high items with that ridiculous prices. How they think that we can get wealth? with the "awesome" unique drops in end maps? In the last months i got a ton of uniques, ALL of them was vendor trash. 2 years playing: About 9-10 exalts 0 Eternals 0 Mirrors (............) and the true sad thing, never got a really good yellow... in 2 YEARS OF PICKING ALMOST ALL OF THEM. I really love the game but, sadly, i have to say that i'm started to think that they want it in this way, they want people that can't reach 90+ lvl, can't play confortable, can't get the really good gear because in this way they prolongates game's life. " Then form a poor player union where you only sell to one another in alt or trans orbs or whatever. How hard is it to say no to someone who asks for 50 ex? You are all buying into this whole mess to begin with by saying "yea its 50 ex so i grind and trade and so on till i get the 50 ex and then i buy it" instead of saying screw that price, we poor players stick together and lower the prices for one another. This doesnt work of course as the poor also want to get rich and be part of the top 10% of the player base so no one will lower prices for anyone and the cycle spirals downward more and more and its all on you poor vs rich people who are unwilling to shut down the rich players. |
