EU Connectivity Issues

same here. 1 of 10 maps I can not enter. I do not leave this starting (waiting) screen. And if it happens it happens with all other portals of the same map too. It seems as if the command to start the map do not came to me or something like that, because the map itself seems to work (I have sounds of the started map itself). Just the start (or waiting) screen do not go away.


With "netstat -bn" in console I found out that instances that are crashed tryed to connect to:
37.58.74.245:6112

why i get the "failed to join instance" message only with maps? everything else works fine.

A friend of mine and I are also having this exact problem. We both live in Germany but have different ISPs (O2 and Telekom).

Not really excited about this :( Not long ago I had a similar problem where I could join instances but I'd lag out with very high pings shortly after that. It only affected certain instances servers while others were perfectly fine. The problem persisted for several weeks before it simply went away. The reason was packet loss for TCP packets (visible in Wireshark logs), ICMP packets were 100% fine.

It is the server of GGG alright. So who's fault wasn't it if we must believe the almighty?

Netherland network broken ?

Same as others players, I have disconnexion on joining some instance (map, sarn, master quest...).

WinMTR has been lauched approximatly 2-3 hours after the mass disconexions.

Can 37.58.74.245 simply not be disabled, rerouted, fixed, taken out of the pool? Anything but left as it is.. if you pull that ip, RiP.

I get the RNG element, hell, I like the RNG element of aRPGs.

But a 1 in 10 chance that you'll lose the map and any currency when you spin the roulette wheel use the map device is a bit much :/
