at what level can you start using this build?

Do you mind to create a skill tree breakdown to help leveling process? I think that this build is extremely viable to begin a ladder.

I started the build with level 42.... now i suppose the long delay from coc(sometimes) will fix itself till lvl 69 righ? :)

Well the build was fun, but CoC isn't really my thing.
85% chance to crit, but alot of blanks with a 19/20 CoC...I go back to something more reliable.

Guy probably just had poor gear or something along those lines. As well as only a 19/20 CoC to add to it. This builds dps is absolutely immense and the majority of all times I am critting and proccing my spells via CoC. Rarely ever find myself shooting blanks except when im trying to get my charges which last no more than a few seconds. No worries though, I don't think theres any other build that comes close to touching this builds capabilities for as cheap as it is so GL to him finding something that is better and uber capable without a super high budget :)

Can a slower wand work?

Any suggestions on the best spell for a 5L 1 spell setup? (assuming im using one link for life leech.)

I'm thinking ice spear or arctic breath would be the best. Although i've considered dropping GMP and using maybe arc and firestorm or discharge. Thoughts?

Looking to sell this, be it standard or rampage.
It is one of the best wands with the next step up being mirror only wands and there is nothing similar on rampage even when lowering the stats to (1.5 APS+, 22+ crit multi, 10.8+ crit multi, 55 SPD).
