How are players with default stash tabs supposed to complete "Own these unique items" challenge?
There are certain challenges that are easier and harder. This is one of the hardest. From the beginning. And that´s good.
If you would just need to acquire the uniques and don´t need to keep them you would be able to form player parties that just throw everyone his/her uniques into everyone's face (trust required for sure) and everyone would have easy and with no real problem, acquired a achievement what should only be given out to people that are dedicated within the game and the challenge itself. What can never be lent or earned?
Somewhat, that devours everyone and everything: A tree that rush. A bird that sings. It eat bones and smite the hardest stones. Masticate every sword. Shatters every shrine. It defeat mighty kings and carry mountains on lightly wings. What am i? |

I can see a problem in the future when more Unique Items are added into the game. As more Unique Items are added, having four stash tabs just won't be enough unless GGG decides to exclude certain Unique Items from the achievement.
Personally, I don't think making mule characters will be a viable solution in the long term. Having 24 character slots doesn't mean we actually can make 24 mules to store them for the purpose of the achievement. Let's not forget, some characters will be on Standard/Hardcore Leagues, so we actually have less slots available to convert into mules in the temporary leagues. Of course this wouldn't be a problem if players delete all their characters on Standard/Hardcore but not everyone does this I guess. It still can be done, but for players who keep multiple builds across different leagues this might be harder to do. I do have extra stash stabs which is more than sufficient to complete the achievement, if I choose to do so. However for players who opt not to buy stash tabs, for whatever reasons, I can probably understand their plight. |

Okay if you are worried about pay to win, your worried about requiring enough stash space which you can get 24 mules and buy more if you like the game which will give you more stash space for other crap.
As oppose to the fact that is it nearly impossible for a normal player to collect every single item unless they play for hours upon hours everyday and the RMT possibilities behind the challenge. Like really, that is the concern not having enough space. Last edited by RagnarokChu#4426 on Aug 29, 2014, 4:07:41 PM

" I have a lot of hours in my chars, but I've yet to spend a single dollar on the game. I think my wealth accumulates around 100ex on Standard, I don't have enough tabs, and don't really have any money to spend to get new ones. I'm still stuck with the default 4. I'm on a really tight budget, and have several bills that sttay unpaid for 2+ months, because I recently quit a study, and will soon pikc up another one, but during that 2-3 months off-time I haven't been able to find a job, and the bills just kept accumulating. It happens, not everyone has cash to spend, you know? And then I have several loans going that I had to get to pay for my study, and the loan I'm getting soon to pay for my next study. I love the game, and would spend money on it if I had any to spend. I really hope we can get another way to get a few(maybe 2?) extra stash tabs. "Rerolling is part of the game", I'd reroll a lot of chars if I had space to save all the decent gear that they could use. Mule's take away the fastness of trading. I'd rather not wait 5 mins for someone to load his mule, search the item then trade with em. If I notice the trade is fast I'm generally willing to pay more than what it's worth. If it goes too slow I try to haggle, usually ending in a lot of rage from the sellers side. I feel I am not the only one out there with problems like these. |

" I'm trying all I can to make some extra money, and any money that I make goes straight to a few things: Basically forced healthcare due to a problem with breathing that might come back anytime. Loansharks Family that is currently supporting me. I'm 21, jobs that would be easy to get such as shelf fillers and such are generally given to younger people, because the earn less, it's better for the company. In my line of studies(IT) it's harder to find a job around these parts, because first of all, almost all of the entry-level jobs require +5 years of work experience, there's also a shit ton of competition, and since I don't have a license, I'm stuck to taking public transit, which sometimes discourages companies to hire me. Mostly gaming in the night, where there's not much else to do. I'm not really complaining about the fact that I don't have enough space, it's just that 1 or 2 extra tabs would be a great gain for a lot of people. |

If you really need more "stash tabs" but cannot afford them and have no more free mules you can always just create a second account and trade all the items you don't use to your second account (4 free stash tabs - free character slots).
This isn't against the rules, people can create as many accounts as they want and trade between them. It's not the most elegant solution, but there are workarounds to a lack of stash tabs if you really cannot afford them. And let's be honest here people, you cannot seriously expect the same quality of life if you aren't willing/able to pay at least a small amount of money for some extra stash tabs. Also, there was someone in here who said they were an "Altoholic" and running out of character slots. Same solution applies here. I make all my alts and do all the skill/build-testing on my alt-accounts. Overall I have way over 50 different characters on 3 different accounts. Simply isn't a problem for me. If you don't want to pay for extra character slots like me, there is an easy solution to that problem, it's not the most convenient but that's the price you have to pay if you are unwilling/unable to pay a small amount of money for some extra tabs/sots. #1 Victim of Murphy's Law. " It isnt a valid concern, if you just had to buy them then trade them away everyone could get the challenge completed, then it wouldnt be much a challenge would it? Adn that also isn't logical at all. ~ Please separate the PoE1 and PoE2 forums.

Paid stash tabs is a P2W mechanic. End of story. You are limited to 4 stash tabs and 24 "mule" characters. You will eventually hit a hard cap as to how many items your account is able to hold. For those of you saying you can create infinite amount of accounts, the problem is still there. Time = player advantage. If a player is able to save time with convenient stash tabs, then that extra time can be used to farm more efficiently (compared to someone else who has to spend a few minutes logging on/off every single time they want to transfer items). Paid stash tabs is sort of like if Monopoly limited the # of properties each players is able to have at any given time. Want to own 'Boardwalk', but already have 5 other properties in your possession? Too bad. Either sell one of your properties, or pay us some $$$ for more "property slots". This would give clear player advantage to those who are able to spend $$$. ✮ in-game @FTMFW ✮ twitch.tv/RRTSON ✮ [Shop] http://www.pathofexile.com/forum/view-thread/909223 ✮ [Build of the Week] http://www.pathofexile.com/forum/view-thread/1034503 Last edited by rrtson#7791 on Aug 29, 2014, 9:50:24 PM
