Why don't YOU play HC?

My Internet is shit. Desync so much. I played HC during the first month of Invasion, but so much time was wasted as a result of my shitty Internet pretty much making my character teleport into mobs.

Not a rant at desync, just my Internet connection.

I don't have time for Hardcore and rerolling everytime.

1. I cant get any of my friends to join me in a HC league.
2. Desync - the worst as a fast moving ranged character + doorways. Mobs desync more than the player and while you are still in the same spot on your client you have really run thru the doorway into hell and don't even know it until you get hit by 6 evangelists, arctic breath, and multiple leap slammers.
3. Possible internet issues.
4. Poorly balanced 1 shot mechanics like Ice Nova on strongboxes.
5. Unrewarding solo play. (see #1)
6. The Weaver Boss. - This boss makes all EV builds a joke on HC.

Desync. Obviously

my pc and internet connection cannot support.
my card is so bad when in 6 player party, my fps drops to 3-5 at times (sometimes I see just pictures as if sliding slowly)
dominus fight is the worst. I paid orbs for dominus kill in standard league.
well, I'm poor. POE visual quality improves in every season and I cant keep up with it.

Because I play the game to make a character that is fun to play and get loot to get better gear to make a better character. Giving my character one life does not enhance that playing experience whatsoever.

Economy is way different in HC :)

I play HC once in a while.
My best result in HC was level 54 before death.
Real HC would be no gear moved to another league and the character is wiped on death.
I played HC in D3 and enjoyed more than this version.
However, I like playing PoE much more.

Ice nova is balanced. It is intended as an evadeble 1-shot mechanic.

Lightning Warp,Leap Slam, Smoke Mine and Flicker Strike are all enough to avoid it.
