It's a pure ES chest that gets a crafted ARMOUR/ES roll on it. It might obey the 3 prefix and 3 affix rule, but the base 'armor' type is not being obeyed here in terms of what it shouldn't be allowed to roll.

Definitely looks not as intended, I hope it'll get patched (still the ES nerf hit Ci really hard)

As i see it they only disabled it from rolling in the usual way but not in this way since that would be too hard to categorize and explain to new players i guess?

Guess it's one of the things GGG had in mind when nerfing the quality bonuses? Anyway i am pumped because of this, it's not too easy (you still need good %es and flat rolls) but you can add one of these instead of rolling hybrid.

This is definitely unintended and probably get hotfix over the weekend. Not sure what they're gonna do with already crafted item though.

not to mention it's ridiculously easier to get, all you need is good alts and regals, no exalts necessary!
