GGG banning all political discussion shortly after getting acquired by China is a weird coincidence.

Nah, Goldeneye 007 N64 was crack on guns back in the days. Shit, I remember spending months with a group of friends playing this all day.

Vindictus aka Mabinogi Heroes, GTA: San Andreas, Super Mario Bros, and few other games that I trying to remember their names are better than PoE.

If you are crossing genres then yes, I have played many games that are far superior to PoE. If you are talking about ARPGs in this style...probably not. I think I'd rate it higher than my experiences with all the other ones.

Hellgate was better overall, but it's not in development anymore, and i've played the living shit out of it in the past 8 years (i was an alpha and beta tester for that game)

Also i could name some features from various games thats better than in poe, but it seems they constantly migrating it to their game, the next patch will contain some of the d3 features like bounty and mystic-like crafting system, the Brutus fight will be a copy-paste Butcher fight changing fire to spike traps etc.

To name some, TQ had that sort inventory button, it was very useful. Had extra unique monsters per difficulty which is also good.

TL2 had a much more fluid combat system, in poe while you don't have enough ias/fcr the combat feels very slow in speed and responsibility. Also TL2 was a rewarding game, if you killed a boss it dropped some items that you could actually use, like unique gems that only drop from a certain boss, there was a reason to farm them, in poe everything is 100% rng, either you get lucky and get something or not.

Anyway, with this new hideout building ability you could make player generated instances too, put it on a map and sell to someone ingame, so they could do YOUR map with YOUR quests. With the introduction of dailys it could even give you some repu for doing it. Neverwinter have a similar system in Foundry.
