Well, I don't have all those gears but if I had spend 500 exalt in a good build, I would expect to have something really above the average.

For me a good balance start would be the snapshot removal and the nerf of anger/wrath, before creating more legacy.

The nerf of Atziri gloves as stated by Atlas doesnt make sense at all, that's just( one more ) the evidence that this is all fake.

Detonate Dead change is also laughable. For sure it needs to be modified but definately not this way.
