The changes you list are not confirmed. So why are you talking like they are?
Also i am angry? I just responded to your proposal like i did, with a laugh and with the wisdom that the only builds not being effected by this nerf will be the low life/rf specs. i think this is a good moment for ggg to tell us if they nerf CoE or not? chris can u actually respond?

Point is as someone pointed out, if they change the mod, there will be no legacy.
So if crown of eyes drops to 50% spelldamage to attackdamage you can divine all you want, after the patch you will have a CoE with 50% spelldamage to attackdamage^^ (although eventually a perfectly rolled one). I'm not sure if they leave the old mod in place, actually I highly doubt it, because there where other items that got nerfed that way and are not legacy, because they changed how a mod worked, not just a numeric value. |
