Would pay 50 bucks for a 2nd Inventory slot.
I do remember, and those were not arguments that mules are faster or same. And you have either lied or haven't been concentrated, that's clear.
That not exaggeration, and you would know it if you use (have used) mules, which you didn't, yet here you are commenting on how it is. You cannot name mules appropriately per items inside for practical reasons that you'd know if you use (have used) mules. Do I need to clarify why is that? Although it's very simple. By the way, the inventory itself is half (?) a size of a stash tab, which means more mules per stash tab, which means more time spent looking. Which means, tabs save time and money through for a batter rig. Now that you've undergone through the full examination how exactly do the save time and shitty process such as running multiple clients just for the fucking trade, read my first post here. Think about it, and lets try to find a reasonable price for an Alchemy orb, for the sake of convenience. Last edited by tinko92#6447 on Jun 18, 2014, 8:12:24 PM

"You mean character names like tinkoUniqBoot_1, etc. are all taken? If you're organized you'll know what's on each mule (plus you have 4 mule stash tabs for things as well - assuming a second account, which I am). But I guess for somebody who is selling as much as you may even need a third account. I didn't answer your question about the value of an alchemy orb because I don't even know what to say to that. I don't think I could put a price on something like that since I wouldn't pay any amount for it. Guild Leader The Amazon Basin <BASIN>

" No, it's not because the names might have been taken. It's because your drops aren't in line with the amount of space you have for each item type. Meaning, if you sell a chest from a chest mule, you have an empty space, you don't get another chest until you sell 2 more chests, then you have half a mule empty while some other mule, for boots may be overburdened and out of room, so what do you do next? Make another mule? But what if you don't have any more character slots? Do you put the boots on another mule? Now that was just a simple example of why naming does not work if you're trading and playing actively, I've tried it, I know it, it's just not worth it, after 2-3 weeks you'll be sitting in a mess even worse than when you don't name the mules. Which is why I gave up on that because that is not a viable solution. But, you're assuming mule accounts, not characters, well that's just even better, how many clients are that? 3? More? Just to trade as fast as ones with the trade? What rig can do that so your performance wouldn't suffer? How much money would that be spent just to trade as fast as with stash tabs? So we'll settle at this, stash tabs save time unless you can run multiple clients just for the trade. Given the awful PoE performance compared to any other game, and that low spec rigs are sitting on ~10 FPS because we do not have a proper graphical options panel, and a lot of medium spec rigs experience FPS drops because of CoC, Discharge, summoners, etc... we have an aspect of the game which would require multiple clients running just for some small time saving through the trade. Well then, you got me here, I'll give you that. Looks like stash tabs are paying for convenience of buying a relatively expensive rig just for the trade aspect. And it looks like I'd need to rework my Alchemy orb example, if I get bored enough again. |
