I am one of those that finally duped ATI and changed to NVIDIA to see the difference.
As far as I am concerned, I am not looking back (and I have only bought 660 SC card, in conjunctions with quality RAM and PoE from Ramdisk it makes worlds of a difference) |

I just recently hopped on intel/nvidia setup. Experience has been good.

My old laptop ran POE fine on a Radeon 5650 Mobility HD card.
My current PC runs POE fine on a (Sapphire) Radeon 7870. My laptop ran a first generation i5 and my current PC runs a Haswell i5. I've personally never experienced any problems due to my choice of ATI in any game I've played. Been using ATI since I started with computers 10+ years ago. Blah Blah Blah.....bottom line is common sense. Can run dozens of games with zero problems/issues. POE runs like crap on the same system. Small company, huge multi million dollar company blah blah comparisons...who cares. This game hass issues....period. Personally I'm taking a break and enjoying the hell out of my PS4. No driver/hardware updates, no eye strain on a 60 inch tv, comfy on a recliner/couch.....I'm a happy camper.
It's a shame because its a wonderful game with so much potential. Will continue to play solo and hope for down the road improvements for those of us that experience performance issues. For those lucky enough, enjoy your game time. |

Please explain how its on OUR (not my) end when so many people have exactly the same complaint with ONLY this game and not one other similar game we play? The graphics are so amazing here to warrant the horrid performance.....I think not. It's common sense "mate".
WOW, Guild Wars2, SWOTOR, Torchlight2 (smaller company....there goes your other argument), Diablo3, etc. etc. . Bigger parties in some cases.....no framerate issues. This game lacks customizable graphic options to help people with anything less than monster rigs to play it. I know its free, I know its a small company with little resources.....this is what I am blah blah blahing about. Tired of hearing excuses. Excuses are like azzholes....everyone's got one. Yes, I am frustrated, mostly at the fact that its a great game that a percentage of people simply cannot play due to performance issues in groups. People with great systems have trouble with framerates as well. Happy gaming "mate". |
