Righteous fire is poe's hdonk

Its tanky, dirty cheap, has no weaknesses, and clears fast, the only difference is a hammerdin required an incredible amount of skill to be used at max effectiveness. RF requires strong walking skills

I'm not familiar with Righteous Fire builds. My impression was that you need to be super geared for it to work perfectly?

Useless crap build always ask to link map in party, then he look at -max res and/or ele weak or vulnerability and leaves party

You need to be super geared for any build to work perfectly.

Life-based RF is easy. Just grab all the life nodes and life regen nodes you can. Also make sure to grab Diamond Skin and Elemental Adaptation. That's really all there is to it; life nodes are DPS nodes for a RF build.

Grab even the 0.4% regen nodes; you'll eventually need them to handle half-regen and/or Vulnerability maps (and Ele Weakness is handled by overcapping resists; make sure you cap out everything without Purity of Elements, and with enough spare mana to turn Purity of Elements on if you need it). -max and no-regen are still bad news. There's no such thing as too much life regen for a RF build.

Don't know what a hdonk is but i been running ores RF build with moded skill tree and i like it

RF is the same as any build
Tank builds life and armor
etc etc

Why does rf building life make it bad? just because you can run around without having to click?
Guess summoners are bad to and tanks who can just hold one attack key

I have a 72 random build scion i that made that cant even do 66 maps as melee even with 15k armor (think all res 75 or 76) sure its only got 1.5k hp but thats all you need really if your not 1 hit that and i didn't/don't have good gear for it

This is why ive been chancing seige axes none stop for a month trying to get a soul taker for that char and i still haven't goten one

Anyways i think RF is kinda cool and i still die while running it
I have been snapshoting iir/iiq lately so i have 315%/80% running all purity auras with vit (91/83?/81) fire/cold/lightning res about 6k hp

Most people can out damage my RF damage anyways that ive seen in maps

Well damn, that seems real easy.

Why don't more people use this build though? Sorry I'm just entirely unfamiliar with it.

EDIT: I just saw Colby's video. His build relies on snapshotting. I guess the build will be much much worse when it's removed?

Why don't more people use this build though?

The main reason is it's "capricious". The incapability to run a lot of map mods makes it somehow unattractive. Sometimes requires trusted party - it's not fun when you are still leveling and not overgeared, and a random punk hits vaal discipline.

RF is a brainless cookie cut bullshit I personally despise.
It's used a lot on HC, where people run mostly blues with easy mods.

Now that I think about it I wouldn't be excited playing the build anyway haha. But it's good to know of its pros and cons.

with the "new" released uniques +8 and purity of fire +4 +3 max from tree its much easier to run a rf build as it was a year ago on top of that the burn got lowered frm 100% to 90%


watch one build of the week the first rf ever attempted and you see what i mean

the tree offers so much life regen nodes now that u can overcome the burndmg pretty easily

the weakness still stands ele weakness flamebility and many map mods are unplayable

My Rf toon has 96 fire res but... Most people can't afford my gear levels. Also, life Rf really isnt that great in a six man party tbh.
