We don't exile them - that's impossible! We just exile our perception of them, of course.
ok serious question, are you 13?
You do realize its not impossible right?
You do realize all the characters were arrested, thrown in jail, stood trial, got tossed on a boat and then pushed off teh side and told to swim if they wanted to survive.
They are exiled from Oriath by the high templar dominus, forcefully, not metaphysically but literally and physically picked up and removed from their home country.
I guess tho, I could just tell my landlord they can't evict me, eviction is just a state of perception that I don't agree with.
Meh sounds legit.

Also, they are not hanging his mind, they are hanging the body (the same body that was used in the crime. Call it a tool if you will. They are just destryoing a tool). And by your definition the 'body' is not 'you' so they are actually not hanging 'you'.
Well, it's hard to keep alternating between you and "you". The context will better keep that in check, and from what I can see, I never went on an ontological line of thinking when I referred to that context of you.
anyways, the body may be a tool, but the real reason why those crimes are committed, is because people don't know how to deal with psychological issues - they just make up ways to remove it and that's why nothing gets done or fixed. ppl just remove, neglect, ignore things - they dont' face, resolve or change things.

It is impossible, ontologically. Because again, abusing physics to control someone's options is not exiling - exiling, by its definition is YOU, shutting THEM out. Not PHYSICS. Therefore it's flawed.

So you agree my landlord can't evict me because eviction is a state of existence and if I don't believe I exist in that state then I'm not evicted!!!
FUCK YEAH FOR METAPHYSICS I WILL NEVER HAVE TO PAY RENT AGAIN!!!!

The entire point of exiling is inherently an evil "murderous" thing a step behind just killing them but you want them to suffer a horrible prolonged death right.
Like exiling them to the desert or something. Kinda like sending them to a murderous island full of monsters and bad shit were you have a glimmer of hope of escaping but 99.9% of the time end of being killed instantly.
Saying that your exiled is a death mark technically in that reason because that's the original intent to begin with.
Your spending too much time thinking about the "word" as oppose to why it was done in the first place.
Yes, a murderous thing.
So when someone kills you - was it them that killed you? Or the knife? Or the hatred and anger and confusion of morals and perception?

Ontologically, yes.
Physics is applied - not personal attribution.
But being evicted isn't 100% murderously intented. It can be the economical punch in the face, if you don't keep your end of the bargain - so if you don't keep your end, you lose everything and restart at point 0. That's legit, and fair when it is not abused.
but being exiled... that's a whole different story.

dude you realize philosophy has no application to the real world right? If you think it does, take one pair of clothing, and a single knife into the woods and try to survive on "philosophy" alone, I'm not a person, I don't exist, I don't need to eat!
Well have fun dying good sir!
But being exiled is the same thing as evicted, there is not murderous intent they would just kill you.
No its seen as worse than death actually, but they get exiled for not keeping their end of the bargain up, aka, being a good citizen and not breaking laws.
the two concepts are identical in everywhere and are the same in practice even.
Being evicted is being exiled from your current residence. You will be forced to leave and wont be allowed to come back

no application
compares it to physiological needs
that's unwise of you, amp
philosophy isn't about survival
philosophy is the beating heart of electro-magnetic waves corresponding to our ascribed meanings.
