Path of Trading milestone achieved: "price" feature implemented in poe.xyz.is

As many of you know, there are people who have this ridiculous idea that "buyout" means "non-negotiable price, won't accept anything less than it".

It's one thing to offer 20 exalts for an item with a 23 exalt buyout. It's another to randomly offer 2 chaos for something listed at 4 chaos.
