I try not to be. It is not my intention to mislead. The limitations of the human language prevent virtually any generalization at all. There are always exceptions within the ambiguity...the semantic uncertainty principal.

I could speculate as to your underlying reasoning of calling me a hypocrite, but it would be just that. Speculation. What i can do is more clearly define what i mean. But i dont think anyone wants that. What i will say though, i believe if those fields were completely removed society as a whole would be better off. Perhaps to be replaced with much smaller fields to compensate and correct those small exceptions to the large generalization.

I don't know exactly what you're proposing. The price of many items are out of the reach of casual players such as myself. That's just how the economy of this game works. Much like the real world, it's not like you can drop out of it, or lead a revolution to liquidate the uber elites. I did okay self found through cruel, I know I was overcapped resists by about mid act-3 cruel. I think I'm going to have a touch time getting my resists capped again & my dps will fall off some. I will probably just have to farm currency at that point.

If you don't want to face stupid prices, don't play in perma league.

If you don't want to play a game around a free market, you should just quit poe cause it's how poe works.

=> Capitalism => Free deregulated market => Oligopoly (meaning few people manipulate the prices, welcome to the real word).

I don't play in standard, but it seems obvious that it's the league that has the worse economy if you are not already rich. In this regard perma leagues <<< 4 months leagues.
From my experience Invasion is the easiest league to make currency. People keep dying over and over, some leveling items are still relatively pretty expensive, any decent/good item is expensive... you simply need to manage not to die. Basically the demand for what I call decent/sellable item is still high; meaning it's easy to find something sellable// accumulate wealth to play the market.


pro tip: play the market instead of the game, you will make currency way faster :D

pro tip 2: buy exalted at 25chaos, wait 2 weeks, sell them at 33 chaos.
