I already stated that I use stauching flasks but yesterdays death was too fast to even be able to pop it on time. Maybe the treshold is too short ??? I have been playing Diablo 2 for 10 years and I am not going to even touch Diablo 3, forget about that.

With my marauder I can overcome CB without even popping a flask. I QQ'ed on this one cause I do 22 DMG but high cast speed, incinerate ( it's a culler ) and instakilled me on less than 1 second. I will need to modify my playstyle if I want to stop ripping, but don't try to negate that CB doesn't appear enough ... CB's are all over the place.

Only found 1 Volatile with my marauder and I died cause as one guy said here, it was probably a tanky mob and the mods on the maps had % dmg as element so it stacked.

What is also true is that you can't ever play relaxed on standard again after this mods. Now the game it's very intense and much, much harder than before. So let's see if GGG makes the experience a bit more rewarding at least.

Necro thread ? I posted this yesterday bro ...
had a nice 6 player party going nearly full suicide yesterday, last rare zombie before the blacksmith had high life, corrupted blood and life regen. 66 map with players level 70-75.

the last surviving player portaled out right in time after his flasks were gone.

my ice spear witch has 2 bleeding flasks, i used a skelleton totem and cast from distance but got bleeding charges nonetheless. no chance to finish this guy. i thought you get cb charges only from attacking myself, not if my skellies attack.

You're thinking of volatile blood.

Corrupted blood adds a physical-based bleeding degen on hit, which stacks up to 20 times.

I've never really found corrupted blood to be that bad; I can easily survive 20 stacks for several seconds before needing to pot - and this is using my self-cast incinerator build. As with all Nemesis mods, the trick is to pay attention, and if you start to take huge damage, spam all your pots and run away/tp out/logout :p

Initial observations made by my friend and myself indicated that it does absolutely nothing until you get a certain number of the orbs circling you, then your health literally nosedives and you're dead in 2 seconds.

But if what you're saying is correct, then well, it doesn't work like that for me. It's fine and I'm at full health the entire time then BAM, incredibly fast bleeding even while standing still and not even my Sanctified Flasks can out heal it (It does slow it down though but sanctified flasks don't last long enough for them to frequently negate the danger of bleeding to death).

Maybe my attack speed is responsible for the significant difference between it not affecting me then suddenly being impossible to deal with.

If anything, corrupting blood tickles.
i only have 1% life regen from my tree and i can basically ignore it, and when i can't, pop a flask.
