He hit the teleport at JUST LESS than 50% if you actually watch the video, it hit him after he entered it taking him less than the 35-40% he was at. :)

This is a loading time issue you die during the loading time. Nothing you can do against it.
It's not that much of an issue in act1 and 2 but act3 needs a long time to load. In fact so much that I couldn't run more than 3 clients in act 3 without turning PoE in a slideshow in OB.

If GGG would properly ban users and ban all AHK, Autoit and other shit there wouldn't be this kind of community.

But recent enforcements shows a double standard.

Low level player cheat on stream-->Nothing happens(There are at last 3 cases and I hardly believe they talked their way out with "It was fixed seed")
High level player cheats on stream-->Ban
High level popular player cheat on stream-->Nothing happens because they got 300+ viewers....

There has always been a delay on TP's, right from closed beta. Your still in the original instance while the loading screen is shown, its pretty easy to tell as a summoner because you can still hear your pets fighting right until the town screen loads up.

actually its the same with any zone change, not just town portals. the only thing thats instant is logging out/alf-F4 since that doesnt need to load a new instance.

no, it is you mixing HC and SC communities

It is the reason why people alt-f4, once the server realises your client is gone (in miliseconds) it logs you out automatically, which is much faster than zoning or using portal.

GGG is okay with people alt-f4ing, have conceded the game is so horribly balanced that it is pretty much your only means of survival in hardcore, they could easily put a delay on disconnect but said if they did so they would have to tune down the difficulty.

I normally like hardcore leagues but don't really enjoy invasion league, it is horrible for melee. I killed bladeback guardian several time with a ranger and then a flameblast character before I even saw the incinerate nova, lol, then cop one on mud flats with a lowbie melee and it was over before the fight began.

Can't do much other than laugh about it and repeat the oath to never play melee again, but i just don't find the league engaging, it is just punishing until you have figured out which bosses your particular character can do and which ones to just avoid. I think putting up some of the more brutal bosses which do chaos or heavy elemental attacks on low level maps is pretty retarded.

People who flame are in the wrong. Alt f4ing is completely legit play. I also use portals but I do that since I dislike exiting the game.
