" You may be thinking of the "4-6% mana gained when hit" or "3-5% damage taken from mana before life" since I saw a perandus with one of those mod on reddit. ES gain on block is not a vaal orb mod. Data is mined from game files, and should be up-to-date as of today. http://pathofexile.gamepedia.com/Corrupted You can get chance to block, chance to block spells, and chance to block while dual wielding. this item has better crit potential than WANDS. with proper crit build with 7+ PC this thing will scale 5flat fire dmg into 1000dps with an added bonus of second 6link.. anyone thinking this new bow will be cheaper than volt is dellusional.. |

" i factored in a good quiver to offset wands higher max crit balanced with slower max aspd for wands. highest crit potential wand (phropecy) is slow. this is a very tight race between this bow and a very good wand |

To everyone complaining about how GGG forgotten their words etc:
you obviously were not playing in closed beta, when maximum ILVL of items was 62, max life mods on rares were about 80, when there was no resistance penalties on cruel and merciless, and kaoms plate with 1000 hp was so BiS you can't even imagine. Only thing that kept whiners at bay at that time was easier content, when anyone could clear MoC with garbage gear. And also everyone was busy complaining about ES, because CI had "+100% more ES" and ES characters had 4-5 times more ES that even very tanky HP builds had hp.
