Lol i dont understand the complaint having new and good uniques that can also be build enabling is inmho a good things. Rare are still far more superior unique can be bis for some build but for most rares are.
Shav is nice for low life but i can still count many better armor that have twice the es and at least five hundred time the armor..nand so on. Having a nice bow will be very cool for all the archer that wanted to go mf. You ARE my Bitch of burden!

" trade 500 ES and 130 resist for : PA, crown of eyes enablement, 55% ias from bloodrage blah blah blah there really is no comparison with regards to low life 'attack' builds and implicit drawbacks are not real drawbacks when the gains (listed above) vastly exceed those drawbacks. its like asking if you would trade 4% ES for 25% increased damage and 4% increased attack speed. they should just put some of these vaal mods onto rares to even out the playing field.

the gain 4% energy shield on block mechanic can be vaaled onto shields :) saw a perdandus shield with that mod, and ya i want.
