Lol? Read up a bit on the history of Daikatana. I assume you're talking about the recent rerelease, but fyi the game has been known for over a decade as one of the greatest flops of all time in the gaming industry.

The fact they were able to revive it at all is kind of astonishing, and shows that feeling you get when you see a horrific car crash but you can't look away can also apply to horrific computer games.

I can name several other games with similar issues that resulted in a failure, with massive marketing.

Sure, everyone gets burnt out after awhile.. But if you can't get hyped for this expansion there's something wrong with you.

I know people have mentioned it throughout the thread but streaming is such a strong marketing media now, it can't be underestimated.

The interview Chris did with Kripp a year or so ago got 2 of my friends playing the game... I only showed the video to 2 people.

Surely that says something...

I would love a build up video which has maybe 2-3minutes with GGG-staff from different departments explaining a little of their involvement with the game and the upcoming leagues.

- A bit on the art direction
- A bit on the lore direction
- A bit on the new skill gems

This game doesn't have the crazy aesthetics whilst streaming as some of its competitors therefore, developer commentary adds a lot of incentive to play when you feel you know the creators better.

Kripp more than trippled his viewership with hearthstone. I don't know that he is burnt out on POE but, rather, enjoying his success with hearthstone.

Put your logo on the moon. Shouldn't be to expensive.

Improve and complete the LORE please, can be really epic but needs a chronological order, names, relationships between all the old and actual characters, religions and gods of civilizations, etc, etc.

I guess some parts will be explained in act4 (something like Dominus' master) but we got 3 acts, cities, an island, etc and just a few info.
