Is POE doing enough to counter the D3 ROS hype?
" I've played D3 for 15 months, was very hardcore player. Left it to play poe and wont't return. Some of D3 problems will never be solved, like bad community and itemization. [Removed by Support] Last edited by Simon_GGG#0000 on Feb 17, 2014, 2:55:29 PM

" Sadly this is how I feel too. But I'm a self found player at heart so maybe RoS will intrinsically be a better fit. |

You do realize that blizzard is 1000 times larger than GGG. The hype for ROS should be much larger than it is. It won't change anything, maybe for a week or so.

Blizzard had their chance with D3 some 20 months ago and blew it. No amount of dollars gonna save them from that cause its allready dead and buried.

" people talking about RoS in the RoS forum isnt really hype. hype is media coverage advertisements etc.. and RoS hasn't had a lot of media coverage at all compared to past blizzard titles. I am sure that will ramp up once we get closer to release but right now I would agree there is very little hype and practically no one outside its forums are talking about it. |

As mentioned, Dark souls 2 is far bigger competition than d3 will ever be.
