Staff Templar Build?

Awesome info. What level are yall currently at?
Although I'm only at lvl 27 now, I also build my staff templar. At the moment I get those passives:

Now I will be getting second body and soul as I'll be playing with witch and ranger as a tank.

My tactic it to get inside mob, kill majority using sweep, sweep rest using base attack and I use infernal blow for bosses.

This way with one aura I virtually never run short of mana.

Will see how it works for A3, but I hope that will be enough. I use this items at the moment, hope to get better soon :)

Anticipation slowly dissipates...
Here's my staff Templar as he is so far.

I'm using Sweep for AoE and Infernal blow of single targets. It seems to be pretty successful so far. Also, the increased elemental damage support gem with infernal blow dishes out some hefty damage. He is getting a bit squishy however but I'm planning on grabbing that body and soul and fitness passives asap to raise my HP nicely.

Hi, i play on hardcore, and i find it more "easier" for me to survive, by going with health passives. Second body and soul seems to expensive, as enery shield doesnt give much profit to me now. I rely on molten shielnd and endurance gem. Which gives up to 70% physical reduction. I dont know why people don,t get % hp regen per second while they invest in hp. I am currently lv 32, but so far going down for trolls blood seems more profitable. Especially when u have bonus 15% elemental resitances and tons of hp. I plan to get marauders stating hp passives cause they are awesome.
I DON'T LIKE ANY CHANNCES. THere is really no need to get any of critical skills. And no accuracy. Go for always hit and never crit. Why? Cause u will never get satisfying critical chance, and u must invest a lot in accuracy also.
I plan to go elemental weapon dmg, as soon as i get all planned HP buffs. Blood magic - useless, since staff elemental will profit from auras. If you get blood magic, u will have to sacrafice 30% of you hp, not mana.
My positioning of skills makes a viable option for getting endurance and fire skils. Hp is most important. I think i did mistake by taking first staves skills, and i dont know if there are decent block chance staves. Either way, u can exp a tons of mobs while staying alive!

Here i got a very viable build, i mean i left 28 points, but u an sacrafice that small 6% elemental resist and 30% fire dmg on weapon, but i think it is nice boost for free cause u go there anyway, so, it is very economical.
I left points, so one can actually do 2 things, specialize in 1 element which is avaible for templar - i mean fire, as u see, u get a pretty much of fire booster from bottom and top. Or u can go actually to the center of the map and grab additional hp, resistancesc and weapon elemental. I strongly preferr the latter, since it is more viable. But this is final build. I only think that this is most efficient build since u can always get equalibrium and use 2 elements, getting -50% resistances, which can be pretty cool for duelling, not to mention ridiculous hp regen, hp amount, resistances and defense. I dont think going to 2nd body and soul is economical, u need to invest a lot more, and, for now as i see, elemental dmg is far more harmfull than the rest, just molten shield, urself, and endurance buff, give u SO much physical resitance. Why i like this build? I like it cause there are no chances included in it! I hate chance to crit and chance to block. Skill not luck. Here u always land a hard hit. And it has great potential in pvp. In that case, u may consider getting unvawering stance from bottom. Throwing some points away. But as i said, this build is viable, it does not require a lot of regret orbs to change it to your taste!

Works pretty good for me now on hardcore, i don't know default, i dont like to die so maybe that is why i took this. Cu

Just to check- if I get resolute technique, I don't need to worry about accuracy at all? I assumed it just meant that enemies couldn't evade my attacks, but I could still miss.

I would also be interested in knowing this.
If you use resolute technique, you do not need to worry about accuracy at all.
Yup no need to worry about accuracy. But keep in mind that if you're going to do an elemental build with staff you HAVE to land crits in order to freeze/burn/shock enemies. If you're going phys staff you're good with res tecq.
I am playing a staff Templar, just starting out, my theory for the build is trying to maximize AoE dmg
